Jenny Brewer

As Canopy Growth’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Jenny Brewer leads the development and advancement of the Company’s global human resources strategy. This includes responsibility for Canopy’s human resources business partnership team, total rewards, talent acquisition, HR technology, communications, employee engagement, as well as diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives.

Prior to joining Canopy, Jenny served in leadership roles at Rochester Regional Health and Xerox. In these roles, she successfully built new people structures to support substantial growth, led engagement efforts resulting in national recognition, and developed rewards programs which successfully increased recruitment and retention.

As an executive leader who is passionate about creating high performing teams that deliver extraordinary results, and as part of Canopy Growth’s Executive Management Team, Jenny will help further cultivate a best-in-class corporate culture at Canopy.

Jenny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Penn State University, and an MBA from the School of Management at University at Buffalo.
